Connecting from Off-Campus:

TAMU has a Virtual Private Network, which should allow you to access our FTP site when properly set up. See the instructions at http://nis.tamu.edu for more information.

The GTL will print a hard copy of your chromatogram if you request it with your sequencing submission form. You can also download your data file and view it with any program that is capable of reading .ABI files. The GTL provides a keyed version of Sequencher for our clients to use to view, edit, and print these files.

If you need earlier data, or have any questions or problems accessing the data folders over the net, please contact our office at 979-845-9844.
