Yes - download and run the Sequencher3.x-4.0 converter from our Sequencher folder on our server. Note that this should no longer be necessary.I am located off campus. Can I access my sequencing results electronically?
TAMU has a Virtual Private Network, which should allow you to access our FTP site when properly set up. See http://www.net.tamu.edu/network/vpn.html for more information.How do I order oligos?
You may order them through our website ( http://www.idmb.tamu.edu/oligoform.htm). If you have any issues, please contact us.
Information to include: your name, Principal Investigator's name, Dept., phone #, e-mail address, oligo names and sequences, synthesis scale, and account number.Can I have my oligos delivered or sequences picked up?
Yes, we have an oligo delivery/sequencing pickup service for our West Campus clients. Just request delivery when you place your order in the "Notes" section of the IDT online order form. For sequencing pickups, make sure the proper sequencing form is filled out and call (845-9844) or e-mail us at gtl@idmb.tamu.edu. The forms are available on our website: http://www.idmb.tamu.edu/gtl/forms/clientperf.pdf for sequencing reactions done by you, or http://www.idmb.tamu.edu/gtl/forms/GTLperf.pdf for sequencing reactions which are to be done by the GTL.
